In the Shadow of the Hatshepsut
A kindly man who seems troubled.
Kenda is a kindly looking older human entering his golden years with streaks of grey running through his hair like the fingers of time. Jovial and warm, he is outwardly friendly and studious but it’s evident that something nags at him. He can often be seen eying his daughter, Lialda with an expression of uncertainty and concern.
When Grace is around he straightens up, speaks a little more carefully and, for just a moment, you can see the old soldier in him looking to a superior officer. When she isn’t paying attention, though, a flicker of pain and some deeply buried ghost claw at his eyes threatening to bring him to tears.
